Irrigation Restrictions: In order to provide an ample water supply, the Long Creek Township Water Department is implementing irrigation water use restrictions from May 1st to September 30th. Even numbered addresses may irrigate only on Monday, Wednesday & Friday of each week. Odd numbered addresses may irrigate only on Tuesday, Thursday & Saturday of each week. These restrictions apply to the use of automatic devices used to spray or irrigate lawns, gardens, trees or shrubs such as irrigation systems and lawn sprinklers. New lawns, trees and plants may be irrigated any day for the first 30 days after planting. Hand held hoses, can, buckets, and rip type irrigation watering devices are permitted any day.
